1. Who we are

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed by consumers in the United States through kakiklee.com/en-us. The seller and your contracting party is Duc Toan Lu, trading as Kaki & Klee, Norderstr. 2, 26409 Wittmund, Germany, email support@arcove.de.

2. Orders and contract

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By clicking “Pay now” you place a binding offer to buy the items in your cart. We confirm receipt by email; the contract is concluded when we ship your order or confirm shipment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or the address cannot be served; in that case you receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include shipping, customs duties and import handling. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. Payment is due at the time of order through the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Processing takes 1–3 business days; delivery usually 7–14 days after shipping. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a voluntary satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the effect, email us within 30 days of delivery (90 days if you purchased the guarantee extension) with your order number and we refund the amount paid for that order within 14 days. It applies to your first order per customer and shipping address. You do not need to return the product. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Product information

Kaki & Klee is a cosmetic bar soap intended to cleanse the skin and reduce body odor. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Please read the ingredient list on the packaging, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and keep out of reach of children. For external use only.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are currently not offered for orders shipped to the United States.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the U.S. state in which you reside remain unaffected.
