Where we ship

Orders placed on kakiklee.com/en-us ship to addresses in the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping within the United States is free on every order.

Processing and delivery time

Your order ships within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 days after shipping. Our soap is shipped from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse overseas, so please allow up to 20 days in rare cases (holidays, weather, carrier delays).

Customs, duties and import fees

All customs duties, import fees and handling charges are included in the price. You pay what you see at checkout and nothing at the door.

Tracking

As soon as your package is on its way, you receive an email with a tracking number.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@arcove.de within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once at no charge.
