Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Duc Toan Lu, Kaki & Klee, Norderstr. 2, 26409 Wittmund, Germany · support@arcove.de. We are located in the European Union; your data is processed under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, U.S. state privacy laws.

2. What we collect and why

  • Order data (name, shipping address, email, phone number, items ordered, payment status): to process, ship and support your order and to meet tax and accounting retention duties (up to 10 years).
  • Technical data (IP address, browser, device, pages visited): collected by our shop platform Shopify to run and secure the store.
  • Marketing data (with your consent where required): page views, add-to-cart and purchase events sent to Meta (Facebook) through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure our ads and show relevant ads. Shopify Analytics helps us understand how the store is used.
  • Emails you send us: to answer your request.

3. Who receives your data

  • Shopify International Limited (Ireland; servers also in the U.S. and Canada): hosting, checkout, payments.
  • Payment providers offered at checkout, e.g. Shopify Payments (Stripe) or PayPal: they receive the data needed to process your payment. We never see your full card number.
  • CJdropshipping (China) and the shipping carriers: they receive your name, shipping address and phone number to fulfill and deliver your order.
  • Meta Platforms: receives event data as described above.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the advertising measurement described above.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies are required for the store and checkout to work. Analytics and advertising cookies are used as described above; you can manage them through your browser settings or the cookie preferences in our store.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, and to stop using it for marketing, by emailing support@arcove.de. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and other states with privacy laws have these rights under those laws; residents of the EU have them under the GDPR. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the data-protection authority of Lower Saxony, Germany (LfD Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover) or your local authority.

6. Retention

We delete your data as soon as it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, unless a legal retention period applies.

7. Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
